The Committee to UNLOCK Frederick GRIDLOCK PAC is a bipartisan political action committee formed by concerned citizens of Frederick County, Maryland, who seek to identify and support political candidates of any party who offer practical solutions to the ever increasing traffic problems in and around our community. Through newsletters, press releases and this website, we hope to raise awareness on how these issues CAN BE resolved.
